What Needed Repair: Roof, chimney flashing and gutters.
Why was the job done: The project was damaged during a hailstorm. We worked with the homeowner and their insurance company to get everything covered.
What we did: We removed and replaced the roof with asphalt Owens Corning Duration shingles. We also custom bent metal and installed counter flashing to the chimney while finishing off the project by replacing the old gutters with new 5” gutters.
The new roof will provide a more energy efficient product for the home. 50-year warranty for the roof.
