Amazing company!This company had at least 10 guys out here working all day on my roof. There were quite a few unexpected repairs that had to be done and they still got the whole job done in one day. The whole roof on my farm house had to be torn off and replaced. May of the roof joists had to be replaced from being damaged from water. It was not an upsell, it was quite visible to my eyes when the roof was removed and I could see the rotten wood. Even with a half a day of unexpected work that had to be done they finished the same day. Everything was cleaned up and nearly a year later the roof looks absolutely perfect. There were a fair amount of things in this roof that would be quite difficult for me or the average person to do properly. The roof around the chimney is very odd shaped and has always leaked. Being there are so many additions on this house the roof has quite a few different peaks, valleys and pitches. This company did an amazing job with a very difficult roof like this. It was unbelievable how skilled these guys were with things that I would never have done half as well. A family member roofed this place the last time with proper architectural shingles and it leaked in many areas in no time due to the odd way this house was put together. After dealing with a leaking roof and a family member doing the whole thing and places still leaking it seemed there was no better choice than to have people who know what they are doing take care of it. I am overjoyed that I found Freeman! I hear horror stories from others about roofing companies so, I did a lot of research before hiring this company. They were not more expensive that others either. Even with the unexpected repairs when I was at their mercy they were more than fair. I can't explain or stress enough how valuable a good roofing company like this is. We needed our roof, gutters, and fascia to be replaced (yikes!). After calling Freeman Exteriors, Andrew Hager came out for an estimate immediately. He was a joy to work with from start to finish, carefully walking us through the work that would be done, while also giving us myriad alternative options along the way. He has an enthusiasm that is both infectious and calming, and a demeanor that is both pleasant and professional. Whenever we conversed, I almost felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Everything was explained to the fullest detail, and all of our questions were meticulously answered. Andrew is amazing. Also, Jeff Clifford, who was the scheduling grandmaster, was a treat to work with, a wizard really, adeptly maneuvering our dates to accommodate inclement weather and other scheduling conflicts on our end. I can only imagine how many plates Jeff has to spin, so I can't thank him enough for his patience and steadfast nature. But most importantly, the work was executed incredibly well and in amazingly short order. The work spanned three days, one for roof, one for fascia, and one for gutters, with a different crew for each job. And each day, the crews arrived on time, well executed their craft and finished by early afternoon. Everybody was careful yet swift. And the house was always in a tidy state at the end of the day.
