He spent lots of time going over things with us and answered all our questions. Jeff called to schedule our date of installing our roof and again, went over the process and answered any questions we had. The day of the roofing job, Steven’s team arrived about 7:15 and amazed me at how quickly the process went. They were like a well oiled machine and worked like a team. We got new gutters and we are happy with the way this was done. Very pleasant interaction with both their sales agent and the two technicians who came out and got the actual job done less than a week after we first contacted Freeman. We had contracted other companies before because we didn't know better and each time it was quite hard to plan for the repair. Not so with Freeman. Best recommendations, and we'll be happy to work with them again in the future.

My realtor recommended them to me so I had them come out right before I closed on my house in May to give me a quote on my back porch roof. The roof was molded inside and leaking inside and near the gutters due to poor installation by the previous homeowner. A few weeks after I closed, I called them to make sure the job would fix the problem and to start setting up a contract and date. Each time I called them they told me they would get back to me but they never did. We were getting crazy rain in June and I couldn't wait any longer so after about 3 or 4 calls on my part and 2 weeks later, I gave up and went with Steinmeyer instead. I'm glad I did because it saved me $200 on the roof installation. I wonder if Freeman Exteriors didn't want to return my calls because I had more questions on the project, but I'm glad I was persistent because I ended up finding out my gutters were broken, which was causing some of the leaking. Overall would not recommend Freeman Exteriors if you are a first time home buyer and have questions.

Freeman Exteriors did our roof, siding and window replacement after the big July 2020 hailstorm. They were particularly helpful in coordinating with our insurance company, even finding damage that the insurance inspector had missed and coordinating all the necessary paperwork. They promptly answered any questions we had. We are pleased with the work, and have already asked them about an additional project.

We had some siding that came loose and was ripped off of our house during a wind storm. We reached out to Freeman Exteriors to get an inspection/quote to repair the siding and had the pleasure of working with Chance Crain who was very professional and genuine. To our surprise, Freeman Exteriors repaired our siding for free since the original siding work was done by them. So all-in-all this is a very accountable and honest company to work with. Amazing company!This company had at least 10 guys out here working all day on my roof. There were quite a few unexpected repairs that had to be done and they still got the whole job done in one day. The whole roof on my farm house had to be torn off and replaced. May of the roof joists had to be replaced from being damaged from water. It was not an upsell, it was quite visible to my eyes when the roof was removed and I could see the rotten wood. Even with a half a day of unexpected work that had to be done they finished the same day. Everything was cleaned up and nearly a year later the roof looks absolutely perfect. There were a fair amount of things in this roof that would be quite difficult for me or the average person to do properly. The roof around the chimney is very odd shaped and has always leaked. Being there are so many additions on this house the roof has quite a few different peaks, valleys and pitches. This company did an amazing job with a very difficult roof like this. It was unbelievable how skilled these guys were with things that I would never have done half as well. A family member roofed this place the last time with proper architectural shingles and it leaked in many areas in no time due to the odd way this house was put together. After dealing with a leaking roof and a family member doing the whole thing and places still leaking it seemed there was no better choice than to have people who know what they are doing take care of it. I am overjoyed that I found Freeman! I hear horror stories from others about roofing companies so, I did a lot of research before hiring this company. They were not more expensive that others either. Even with the unexpected repairs when I was at their mercy they were more than fair. I can't explain or stress enough how valuable a good roofing company like this is. So few that do this good of a job for a very fair price and on time before the winter.Thank you so much for all the hard work!

They were in contact with me frequently to keep me abreast of how they were or were not on track. We were able to negotiate a quote, which was very nice...to make the repairs to code, but to knock of some of the cost by using cheaper items, such as gutters with out covers, etc.I will use them in the future.

We needed our roof, gutters, and fascia to be replaced (yikes!). After calling Freeman Exteriors, Andrew Hager came out for an estimate immediately. He was a joy to work with from start to finish, carefully walking us through the work that would be done, while also giving us myriad alternative options along the way. He has an enthusiasm that is both infectious and calming, and a demeanor that is both pleasant and professional. Whenever we conversed, I almost felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Everything was explained to the fullest detail, and all of our questions were meticulously answered. Andrew is amazing. Also, Jeff Clifford, who was the scheduling grandmaster, was a treat to work with, a wizard really, adeptly maneuvering our dates to accommodate inclement weather and other scheduling conflicts on our end. I can only imagine how many plates Jeff has to spin, so I can't thank him enough for his patience and steadfast nature. But most importantly, the work was executed incredibly well and in amazingly short order. The work spanned three days, one for roof, one for fascia, and one for gutters, with a different crew for each job. And each day, the crews arrived on time, well executed their craft and finished by early afternoon. Everybody was careful yet swift. And the house was always in a tidy state at the end of the day. I highly recommend Freeman Exteriors!

He used the drone to do the initial examination of the roof, and then he did a more-detailed estimate. Freeman’s worked well with my insurance company, Westfield, on the hail damage, and I had very little out-of-pocket expense. They also came back and adjusted a wind turbine that was squeaking. There salesman Jim came out and did a thorough inspection of roof and pointed out all issues that were in need of repair.It was time for a new roof.Jim showed us samples of all materials that they used and how they were used.we also had aluminum fascil installed and new gutters.they did a fantastic job on our house it looks great.The house is so much warmer.There crews are top notch and very professional,they cleaned up after there work.we will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof
