I bought a house recently, and the inspector said there may be a slight leak from the chimney, showing a little water there in the attic. So I called Freeman Exteriors and Dave came out to look at it all. After seeing that it was only a small opening in the flashing on the roof, he came the next week and caulked the holes to seal it all up. And since it was only a quick job, he said: NO CHARGE. I was thrilled with the professionalism of the entire process. Hayden came to our house and sat with giving us all the information we would need to make a decision. He spent lots of time going over things with us and answered all our questions. Jeff called to schedule our date of installing our roof and again, went over the process and answered any questions we had. The day of the roofing job, Steven’s team arrived about 7:15 and amazed me at how quickly the process went. They were like a well oiled machine and worked like a team. By 4:30 my roof was done and there was no sign that they’d ever been there due to a thorough clean up after!We highly recommend!

We got new gutters and we are happy with the way this was done. Very pleasant interaction with both their sales agent and the two technicians who came out and got the actual job done less than a week after we first contacted Freeman. We had contracted other companies before because we didn't know better and each time it was quite hard to plan for the repair. Not so with Freeman. Best recommendations, and we'll be happy to work with them again in the future.

My realtor recommended them to me so I had them come out right before I closed on my house in May to give me a quote on my back porch roof. The roof was molded inside and leaking inside and near the gutters due to poor installation by the previous homeowner. A few weeks after I closed, I called them to make sure the job would fix the problem and to start setting up a contract and date. Each time I called them they told me they would get back to me but they never did. We were getting crazy rain in June and I couldn't wait any longer so after about 3 or 4 calls on my part and 2 weeks later, I gave up and went with Steinmeyer instead. I'm glad I did because it saved me $200 on the roof installation. I wonder if Freeman Exteriors didn't want to return my calls because I had more questions on the project, but I'm glad I was persistent because I ended up finding out my gutters were broken, which was causing some of the leaking. Overall would not recommend Freeman Exteriors if you are a first time home buyer and have questions.

Freeman Exteriors did our roof, siding and window replacement after the big July 2020 hailstorm. They were particularly helpful in coordinating with our insurance company, even finding damage that the insurance inspector had missed and coordinating all the necessary paperwork. They promptly answered any questions we had. We are pleased with the work, and have already asked them about an additional project.

What an efficient and hardworking roofing team they have. I have a 2400 sqft ranch house and needed my roof replaced. I called Freeman because they were highly recommended by my friends. Freeman gave me a reasonable cost estimate and I signed the contract.The team did a great and thorough job and replaced my roof in one day! They covered my pond with plywood to keep debris from falling in and left my property cleaner than before they started. I highly recommend them.

Hired them to replace our roof and gutters after hail damage. They did an EXCELLENT job! Our only issue (which was quickly taken care of) was that they left quite a bit of scraps and brackets and things in the yard around the house. But I emailed asking them to come back by next time they were in the area and they IMMEDIATELY came and walked around the house numerous times and picked everything up.Very satisfied and we will use them again! I live in Oregon, and I have a brother-in-law that lives in Catlin, Illinois. His roof had a leak around the stink pipe and water started dripping from the ceiling in his bathroom. I called Freeman and got with Chance who got over and did an estimate, plus put some caulking around the faulty boot flashing to temporarily stop the leak until weather could allow them to repair (it was freezing rain and snow at the time). My brother-in-law has autism and people plus noise makes him very nervous. Freeman Exteriors went out of their way to not only repair, but accommodate my brother-in-laws needs to make it easier for him to deal with people and noise. Chance and the workers stayed in constant contact with me via texting and calling my phone so I could keep my brother-in-laws contact with the workers minimal.When Freeman started the ceiling repair, they discovered that an exhaust pipe wasn't even connected. Knowing I was helpless 2000 miles away, they called to ask if it was ok to repair that as well, which I agreed totally. They didn't even charge me extra for reconnecting the pipe.I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the professionalism and extra empathy towards my brother-in-laws condition. The job was done quickly and my brother-in-law is very happy with the workers.You can't go wrong with Freeman Exteriors. Period.

Had a new roof installed 2 1/2-3 years ago by another roofing contractor, when I tried to contact the original contractor to take care of a leak that developed, they refused to stand behind their work. I asked around and was told to contact Freeman's, they sent someone out to check the situation and give an estimate. After crawling through my attic to find the source of the leak, Chance quickly addressed the problem and repaired the problem. Outstanding service and props to Freeman's for stepping up to the plate when the original contractor failed to make it right.

There salesman Jim came out and did a thorough inspection of roof and pointed out all issues that were in need of repair.It was time for a new roof.Jim showed us samples of all materials that they used and how they were used.we also had aluminum fascil installed and new gutters.they did a fantastic job on our house it looks great.The house is so much warmer.There crews are top notch and very professional,they cleaned up after there work.we will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof

We had a severely damaged portion of our roof with multiple layers of shingles. Brett came out, did an inspection for us, was able to tell us exactly what was going on and what we needed to do in order to get things fixed.We ended up doing insulation, sheeting, shingles, ridge vent, gutter guards and a couple bathroom exhaust fans.In all the work we’ve had done at our house, Freeman was the easiest to work with and went above and beyond expectations!

I actually met Brett from Freeman while he was in vacation. He was in my establishment and noticed I had a leak. He actually got on my roof and repaired it. He then worked with my insurance from his home and found a contractor to work with me. He didn't have to do any of that. He was a very nice man that genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Brett.

He described in detail the products they would use and explained their warranty and the quality of the products that they used. I have used them in the past and they are very good any follow up repairs if needed. We contacted Brett from Freeman Exteriors for our bank locations after a hail storm. Great work, both quick and efficient. When it was decided to build a new bank it was no question who we would call. Brett worked with the general contractor and made sure that the work was done correctly and on time. The roof was a very large commercial project and it went very well. It looks beautiful on the new bank. I always call Brett for any questions about any projects whether commercial or personal and if he can’t help me, he always connects me to someone that can.

I called freeman to come and give.me an estimate on my roof. Jim and Hayden came out and blew my mind. I have never been on my roof, and they came down with pictures and showed me the problems I was having. I had nointentions of having my roof replaced at this moment, but they mad either to where I could afford it with financing and made me feel so much more comfortable knowing that it was going to be done.
