What Needed Repair: Removal of all old siding and all old roofing materials.

What we did: CertainTeed MainStreet Double 4 (Autumn Yellow) along with new Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle (Onyx Black)
The new roof will provide a more energy efficient product for the home. It is also algae and hail resistant along with no maintenance. 50-year warranty for the roof. 25-year warranty for the siding.
