AWSOME SERVICE! Our insurance agent called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were out with in an hour to tarp our roof. Shingles were everywhere. This was almost 2 weeks ago. I would highly recommend this company. They tore off and installed a new roof for me. It was the most professional roofing work I've ever seen. Freeman Exteriors replaced our siding a month ago. While the siding looks great and the financing was reasonable, I have experienced a few issues. Firstly, the service coordinator was extremely unreliable. For example, insurance sent someone out to get a sample piece of the siding and we arranged in advance for the service coordinator from Freeman's to be there but when the day came he never showed up or called to say he couldn't make it. We were also told three times that the crew worked on Saturday and would be there only to have them not show up any of those times. I have no problems if the crew does not work on Saturdays but I wish I wasn't told they would be there only to have them not show up since I had to make arrangements for my dog to stay somewhere else while the work was being done due to the noise. When the job was done I requested a receipt to submit to insurance and it took a month before the service coordinator got it to me. When I got the receipt it was not itemized so I had no way to show the price for specific work like haul away or labor hours. Since the job was completed someone has been out twice to re-attach siding that fell off. While I appreciate their promptness both times this happened, I am still annoyed that the siding fell off to begin with. The work looks great but I am wary to use this company for other work because of these issues.

This was the most amazing experience ever ‼ Just moved to crawfordsville and needed a roof checked out was referred to Freeman Exteriors by a friend I called and the very next day I met a man named Jim Penrod he inspected the roof and showed me what was wrong they gave me a deal i couldn't refuse ‼ Happy with the service and quality of work they provided along with the excellent customer service was an all around home run thanks again and I highly recommend ‼

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I called several roofing companies to come out and give me a quote and I dont understand why it was so difficult for companies to respond. Freemans was there the next day and gave me a fair price and I'm glad I went with them. Their professionalism and high quality is well worth the price. Not only did they do great work but very easy to deal with. They had my old roof torn out and new one on in less than a week. Thank you Jim and crew for making this process stress free!!

Freemans did our roof in one day. They were a little bit more expensive than the other quote we got but the whole process was unreal at how professional they were. They took care of everything for us all we had to do was pick the color. I can't express enough how happy we are that we chose them as our contractor.
