Scope of Work: Full roof replacement, removal and replacement of old windows, gutters, and installation of new gutter guards for enhanced water management. The porch posts were wrapped in aluminum to protect them from weather damage.
Warranty: 50-year warranty on shingles, 25-year warranty on windows.
Before/After Overview
Before: The roof was old and had suffered storm damage from a recent storm, leaving the home vulnerable to leaks. The old windows were removed and replaced with new Pella windows, and the gutters were outdated and ineffective, causing water runoff issues. The porch posts were starting to show wear and were unprotected.
After: The home now features a new, sturdy roof with Black Sable Owens Corning shingles, along with an updated gutter system and gutter guards to improve water flow and prevent future clogging. The new Pella windows enhance the home’s energy efficiency and curb appeal. The posts were wrapped with aluminum to offer long-lasting protection from the elements.
